Includes scheduled tune-up visits plus scheduled tune-up materials as noted-else-where in this agreement for the covered equipment. This level of coverage also entitles the customer to a 15% discount off any emergency or scheduled service calls. Contract customers will also receive priority service with convenient scheduling over non-contract customers. Note this maintenance agreement covers only the maintenance on listed equipment. There are no parts or service calls covered under this agreement that are free. It is the customers understanding that all service calls are billable unless otherwise stated. All contract customers receive up to a 15% discount from a discounted price guide in our flat rate books.
